If you need to update the address your order was shipped to please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number or contact UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 after your order ships.

If we shipped you the wrong size, the wrong style, received damaged item(s), or you’re missing an item in your order we created this form so we can receive notification of it ASAP. If you have emailed us or texted us please still fill out this form as this gets sent to our production manager directly. This form is NOT for any other inquiries.

Please be ready to upload a picture of the issue when completing this form (NOT just a screenshot of your order) as this ensures 100% accuracy of us seeing our mix-up and allows us to get better by discussing and showing our team where we need to stay focused throughout our process.

The mix up? *

Wait! A common mistake for damage we get is simply wrinkles due to the way we fold your items for sealing and packaging. Please understand we use premium inks and material for all our items to insure quality. In the photos you submit if it’s just wrinkles we will be able to tell immediately and advise to simple lay item face down and iron on low/medium heat for wrinkles to come out, it’s also on the back of the note we put in your order. Of course if it’s a different type of damage we will be able to immediately tell and will get it corrected.

This form is for orders we have already shipped and since we’re not as perfect as we would like to be sometimes mix-ups happen but we work to correct them.
